Who we are

Nusyce is a digital agency based in Douala, Cameroon, reachable at contact@nusyce.com. The website nusyce.com (“the Site”) is published by Nusyce.

Data we collect

We only collect personal data that you voluntarily provide, through:

  • The contact form: name, email address, phone number, company, project type and message.
  • The quote request form: the same information, plus project details (number of screens, requested modules, pace of work, expected support).
  • The newsletter sign-up form: email address.

We do not collect any banking or payment information on this Site.

Why we use it

This data is used solely to:

  • Respond to your request and get back to you (by email, phone or WhatsApp);
  • Prepare a personalised estimate or quote;
  • Keep you informed if you subscribed to our newsletter.

We never sell, rent, or share your data with any third party for commercial purposes.

Where and for how long

Your data is stored securely in the Site’s database, hosted by Hostinger, and is only accessible to the Nusyce team. It is kept for as long as necessary to process your request, and for the duration of our business relationship if it continues. You may request its deletion at any time (see “Your rights” below).

Cookies

The Site uses a limited number of cookies:

  • A language preference cookie (French / English);
  • Technical caching cookies, to speed up page loading;
  • Audience-measurement cookies (Google Analytics), to understand how the Site is used and improve it.

The Site does not use any advertising or commercial-profiling trackers.

Third-party services

Some resources are loaded from third-party services:

  • Google Fonts (typefaces), provided by Google;
  • Google Analytics (audience measurement), provided by Google;
  • Our hosting and email provider, Hostinger.

These services may receive standard technical information (such as your IP address) as part of their normal operation.

Your rights

You may at any time request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by writing to contact@nusyce.com.

This policy may be updated from time to time. The last-updated date is shown at the top of this page.
